Really handy

I bought this product about two months ago and the band has already started to break. I’m an over the road driver and it’s nice to not have to carry a big wallet all day but it would be awesome to have replacement bands for it so I could keep carrying it

Great Wallet and multi tool!

I’ve used this for years and was going to buy another since the bands broke. I went on line and saw I could call for a replacement. When I talked to customer service I was pleasantly surprised when they said they would send replacements. They were very nice and my bands arrived yesterday. It’s a great wallet and a great company. Thanks so much!

Overall not too bad

Bought 2-3 weeks ago and the band broke already.. otherwise i’ve enjoy the change from a regular bifold wallet, nice to not have to sit on it. I just took a regular ol rubber band and wrapped it around!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There you will find the Worry Free Guarantee form. Make sure you include your physical shipping address. A couple things that may help you with longer band life. Keep the number of cards at 6 or under and push the cards out from top/bottom. You do not want to splay the cards open to extract one.

It is a really nice accessory. I use a couple of cards and some bills for everyday. I bought it 3 years ago and the band begin to break. My only worry is, where can i get/buy a replacement in México?

Love the wallet, but elastic isn't durable

Cool product! Shame that the bands always seem to fail, however, based on all of the reviews here with the same problem. I've had mine for a few months now and love it regardless.
Please consider selling the bands separately!

I bought the multi tool wallet about to months ago and the band broke while in my pocket. I like the wallet small compact but not so good when u go to pull it out and it falls apart
