It got lost!!!!

I love it but it’s not waterproof i’d rather not put it in the water but I have another one that is a red one does not have problems you have to see my other review this one has a problem I hate it I gave one star because I don’t like it. It got lost

We are sorry to hear that you lost your Spotlit. These SpotLit's are not waterproof, they are water resistant. So if your dog walks through a puddle or it is raining, the SpotLit can withstand the slight moisture, but it is not designed to be submerged. I purchased this light 4 months ago. Luminosity is satisfactory but the charging connection has been dysfunctional as it will not charge as expected without repeated wiggling the charging line with each attempt to re-charge. Thus, it sits unused most of the time and does not proide a reliable, visible source of additional safety for my dog.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My dog freaking loves these. Almost as much as her Kong. The light up n color change is funny to watch n is bright enough at night. I ve found it in tall grass and deep snow. MY ONLY GRIP IS THAT THEY DONT LAST LONG. I ve prolly bought like 20 of these so far. The first few my girl crushed them. But the last few the light portion just dies. Sometimes they rust out or after a battery change they just stop working. I hope they start making tougher versions along with a rechargeable version.

Durability Issues

As others have said the durability just isn't there after a year both of the collar light I have won't stay lit. I have replaced the batteries, but when I squeeze (click) them on, they will turn off when I release pressure.
