Tag Not Charging

I received this tag as a gift for my dog & it will not charge after 2 weeks. No water or any other damage has occurred & was wondering how do I go about it? It just keeps blinking at a fast pace & after awhile I took it off & still no charge.

Want to Love

I bought this for my dog at the cottage and while camping. Loved having it on him, so visible and he was not bothered at all. Unfortunately it fell of during a run of the mill walk around the block. Really wish that the carabiner was stronger. Would like to get another one, but not worth wasting my money it if will fall off again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product - wish this size were rechargeable!

I love these lights, but I hate using so many batteries in a season...can you make this size in a rechargeable version? The XL is far too big for my dogs.

Great for eyesight-challenged pets (and humans)

We have purchased this product over a few years. Our beloved Chocolate Lab, Ruby, has failing eyesight. When we let her out at night in our rural location we know exactly where she is and we can call out to guide her to the front door. This gives us invaluable peace of mind! We also love supporting Colorado businesses.
