Great at first…

I was super stoked to get this for my dog as he goes out in night and does his business in the small area of woods behind me. Super bright and able to see no problems. That is until it comes to the first time charging it. It doesn’t charge and this is my second one. I plug it in and light turns orange, not red, certainly doesn’t go to green. I can actually turn the light on when it’s plugged in and little charging light turns red but, as soon as you unplug, nothing. I can’t find anything that’s been done wrong. Using correct cable and a low amp/voltage brick. I just can’t recommend at this point.

retaining spring on the clip fell off after a mon

Poorly constructed ,the retaining spring on the clip fell off after a month , this is the second time I've this problem with one of these , the original ones were really good but these are of a lesser quality .

Perfect Camping Solution

Love these

I use these lights all the time on my dogs. We walk at dusk and these lights make them easy to spot in the woods, and on the roads. A neighbor stopped and thanked me for putting them on the dogs as it made it easier for her to see them when she turned onto our street, keeping everyone safe. They take very little time to recharge. I keep two sets around so that I am never without a charged set.

I generally love and recommend Nite Ize and Inova products, but not this light. The apparent advantages of a rechargeable battery are limited by the internal placement of the USB port and the relatively short battery life. Having to remove the bulb cover after only 10 hours of run-time is inconvenient and unnecessary. Adding ’flash’ mode would extend battery life a few hours, but there must be a reason to have designed the light as ’on/off’. Smartphones, bike lights, portable rechargers - most feature external USB connectors and some still achieve IPx compliance. This light only claims ’durable weather resistant body’. I have over a dozen Nite Ize SpotLit LED Carabiner Lights. They have glow and flash modes
and claim 20 hours/25 hours of battery life. For my purposes, they are much more versatile and convenient.

Perfect for my dog!

This is perfect for walking my dog at night. It's going to save me on all the batteries I was buying for the non-rechargable light, especially when I would accidentally leave it on overnight. I now have the rechargable for every day normal use a d his battery light for camping and emergencies.

I Love This Product!!!!

I am so happy I purchased these for our 3 dogs. We have 2 black labs and a faster then fast Carolina dog. When bringing them up to the field to burn off some energy we love how we can keep track of where they are at all times. The charges have lasted quite long and we only had to charge them every couple of weeks since purchasing.
