Not to happy with the product

Hello I have bought at least ten of the little l e d lights for my dog over the past three years and they seem to only work for 1 charge and then they don't work every And I'm just getting really tired of buying something. And they'd only work once and never work again just a waste of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A go to accessory on almost every walk. My doe coloured dog blends into the forest as soon as she steps off the trail. This light allows me to catch a glimpse of her even at a long distance away. Super waterproof, as long as the cover is put on properly. Easy to recharge. When I had problems with recharging, I contacted the company and received excellent customer service.
I would recommend this to a friend!

But they don’t last long. We have gone through 4 of these in less Than 1 year. They last for a few walks and then stop turning on. We have changed the batteries and they won’t stay on. The rechargeable one also stopped working after the first walk. Will have to find another product.

Love em but they have issues.....

I have owned many of these little Nite Ize for my dogs as I have purchased them locally in Boulder, CO where they are. These were one of their earliest products and certainly a great idea. My biggest issue besides eating batteries is they shut off, some times the batteries just are missing the connection in the pressure point and other times, my dogs may shake and it shuts them off. I have taken them apart to push the pressure point up more but it does not last. I think the material is too weak to hold the position. I will still buy these but knowing I will have maintenance issues along the way.....

Love this product, but wish it had an option to thread or clip onto collar webbing.

We bought our first one and were able to recharge it twice. From that point anytime we tried to charge it, rather than illuminating red, indicating charging, it glowed orange and would only turn on if the charge cord was plugged in. We bought another one thinking the first must have gotten water in it. The second one only worked from the factory charge. I was not even able to charge it one time. Same thing as the first, only works when plugged in and only illuminates orange when plugged in.
This is garbage. I've read the reviews, I do not want another one, please don't offer me another one. Do not offer me the upgrade to the newer model; I've read those reviews as well, and the same problem is indicated with that model in those reviews. Save your time and dupe someone else. I will not be buying your products again. For the amount of money I paid for two of these, I can promise you, I expected more than a few uses out of them. At this point, you know you have a problem yet you continue to sell these? To say the least, that is despicable.
