Was Great.... :(

I have had this for 5 months worked great. The charge was amazing had no issues. Then out of no where it won't charge, won't turn on nothing. Which was weird because it was fully charged and working the night before. Very sad really did love it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Falls out too easy.

Love that it's rechargeable and that it's bright. The biggest downside is that it falls out easy, especially when playing with other dogs. I wish the closure had a strong latch. We use it only for walking now.

We love walking with our Westie in the early morning or evening using his lighted collar. Our neighbors frequently ask about the color changing collar. It has worked great -holds a charge for over two weeks of our walks! It’s true that it didn’t come with its own recharge cable but we had one that fit so didn’t miss a beat. We love it!

Though generally works well, The rubber tube seems to pop out of its connector far too easily. I let my dogs run at night sometimes n my yard. But I don't have a fence. So it doesn't help when the lights came apart and is laying on the ground

the recharging light comes on as RED. 24 hours later it's STILL RED. is it done recharging? or is it supposed to turn green when it's fully recharged? How are we supposed to know if it's "done" recharging or not? No instructions on your website to explain. Otherwise, this is a great product.

Won’t turn on

Literally just bought this product. Wouldn’t turn on and thought the battery was dead. Charged for three hours and nothing, not even a glimmer of hope!! It sounds like something is missing inside it. Very poor QC and or design.

Recharging issues

This LED necklace worked great until it ran out of batteries. It did not hold any charge after trying to recharge it. I’m not sure if this is a common defect. Happy to discuss it with a company representative.
