I walk my dogs at night in wooded areas. It’s easy to see them through the brush with their lit collars . Each have their own color so I know who is who. The collars are quite bright and can be seen at a good distance. Had a charging problem with one of them . Contacted the company and they quickly sent another one, no charge. Highly recommend them. Would make a great gift.

These lighted collars are just the thing for our 2 dogs. We live in the country with a large yard, so it is easy to spot them with the different colored collars. The company is great to work with as we had a couple of collars that wouldn’t stay charged. They promptly replaced them. Highly recommend.

I wish all dogs walking at night would wear a NiteHowl LED Safety Necklace! I love that they are rechargeable and can be easily cut to fit whatever size neck my dog has. I wear one at the same time my dog wears one and they last forever. Thanks for a terrific product that keeps us both safe.

I've had a couple of snafus using this LED collar for my dog and customer service has been excellent in responding to my issues and covering the warranty quickly.
Love this collar for my dog but you need to be careful taking the charging cover on and off since it can pop off easily. Nite Ize is also sending me a replacement since my collar isn't charging properly anymore. Again, excellent service and product support.

Is not rechargeable this is a one time use product

Picked this up for our dog and loved it, until the batteries died. They say its rechargeable, but it isn't. When it's dead, it's dead. I tried multiple cords, multiple outlets, multiple charging blocks, nothing. Would be a great product if it actually worked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

One works the other doesn't

I have two if the same or these collars. While they look great when they work, I have two and one simple can't be charged, or won't turn on. Since buying I have moved countries and sadly don't have the packaging or receipt anymore, so not sure how to go about an exchange. I kinda wish I had gone with the battery version now.
