After a month, it no longer charges

I bought this product for night time walks and the fact that it is rechargeable. I purchased it on Jan. 09/23 and as of Feb 20/23 it no longer charges. I tried numerous charging cables and still nothing. Unfortunately i can no longer recommend to other's that do stop me and ask about the product. I did give it a 2 star rating, because when it did work it was great. I am very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely love it! We’ve accumulated a graveyard of night time collars because they’re usually designed with string lights so once one section breaks, which usually only took a few months, the whole thing is dead.
But this design with the battery being the single light source and the rod simply being a passive path for that light is much smarter and fool-proof. And I love that it’s rechargeable
Plus the unique disco mode color cycling is so fun to look at! It’s bright, saturated, and importantly lit 360° so my dog is visible from any angle - also a feature many other collars do not have

Love these...however

Bought 2 of these...went defective and NiteHowl was kind enough to replace them. Now the 2 replacements are doing the same thing. Wont charge. I absolutely love these, but wondering if the defective collars were a " fluke" or what. They definitely do what they're supposed to do as long as they work!!

Excellent for walks in the dark

Bought one in Dec as a gift for my dog. She goes out late at night, and it makes it easy to see if she's escaped the yard. My mother loved it so much, that she just bought two smaller ones for her dogs! Love the colors. Would love to know what material to use as the collar to replace that part, it got chewed on by a puppy a little.

My puppy is still little so I’ve barely used it, like 3 times. But everytime I go to use it, the battery is dead and I have to recharge it. When it’s charged it’s bright though.

How to charge it?

I bought this about a couple of months back and worked fantastic, however, its time to charge it, so i plug it with a miscrousb to charge it, i left it there about 2 hours, and when i try to turn it on, nothing happens,so, how would i know its fully charged? odes it has to be powered on to charge Thanks! i love these products!
