We love our washer & dryer (matching set)! Both are so big and can fit so many clothes/towels/bedding and everything still comes out clean! Couldn’t be happier

I’m just so happy with this dryer!! Dries very fast and collects all the lint and hair that my old dryer didn’t. And my clothes smell and feel clean. Not over-dried. It even dries large quilts, blankets, and towels quickly. I’ve read other reviews saying not the greatest things about this dryer, but I haven’t had any negative issues with it.

Makes blankets into tight rolls that won’t dry

Dryer works okay on everything but large sheets, blankets and bedspreads. The machine rolls those up it a tight ball. We have to constantly unwind them and restart. Dryer balls help a tiny bit but this seems to be a problem in the design. I’ve never had this happen as badly on other machines we’ve owned. I like the WiFi feature

Doesn't consistently dry my clothes all the way.

This dryer does a poor job of actually drying my clothes to completion. There are a limited set of pre-determined programs, like "Mixed Loads", "Cottons", and "Towels", none of which consistently fully dry my clothes (I've tried all of those options, repeatedly). Other pre-set options like "Bulky Bedding" and "Sanitize" would end up drying the contents for far too long. There is a "Timed Dry" option to set a particular drying duration, but you can only increment that up or down by 1 minute at a time. I'd prefer not to hit the "+1" button 60 times every single time I dry a load of laundry, just to get a proper drying duration. For some reason, GE decided to NOT allow users to increment the durations of the other settings up or down using the +/- buttons. If you're wondering if my dryer vent is blocked, it's not. The air flow out of it is forceful. This dryer replaced a 35-year-old Maytag dryer, and I was happier with that dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This drier is amazing, love the quick dry feature. It dries clothes really well in half the time, witch saves on energy costs and that is a plus always. It looks great and I am really loving all the settings and features, really quite, too. Love my GE!
