Broke in less than 2months

Dryer is slow to dry on every cycle. Makes to much noise. Clothes always wrinkled. Vent is hard to clean.

Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience with your dryer. We truly hate to hear you've had an issue with the dryer taking too long and the clothes being wrinkled. We know how concerning this must be.
For an issue with the dryer being slow to dry, you may want to check that there are no obstructions in the ducting and it is installed properly. You can try checking the fuses and circuit breaker to ensure enough power is reaching the unit to adequately dry as well. Clothes being wrinkled can be a result of overdrying – if you are able to resolve your issue with the long cycle time, the wrinkling problem may be taken care of. You can also try using the Wrinkle Care option, or separate into smaller loads.
Further troubleshooting is available in the manual, starting on page 38. If you are not able to resolve these issues, our service department can also be contacted at 1-800-432-2737.
We also regret that you have a concern with the noise level and vent. Your feedback regarding the noise, as well as the vent being difficult to clean, will be sent to our Laundry Products Design team. Noisy

I've had this washer for only a few weeks and it is loud in a way that is ridiculous. It knocks and pounds like a concrete drill literally. When it spins it shakes so hard anything on top lands on the floor. Clothes are still extra wet meaning i have to dry twice to get out all the water. I absolutely. hate this washer.

Gets barely warm

This dryer gets barely warm. 2 weeks waiting for a service call, and they said everything looks okay, except a little lint stuck in vent. Still not working. Seriously, the only setting that gets warm (barely) is "sanitary". On that cycle it will dry a load of towels in about 4 hours. Now need to wait another 2 weeks for another service call.

Awesome! For exactly 78 days.

Great features, and dried so much quicker than the ancient dryer it replaced... Until last night, when it freaked completely out, made a horrible noise, flashed every icon and light, then promptly and utterly died. Today is a Wednesday -- GE says they can't get a technician out until next week. Local appliance repair professional I spoke with said they see this exact problem WAY too much with GE, and recommended Whirlpool or Maytag next time. Lesson learned!!!

Worst Ever - Want Old Dryer Back

This is the third replacement dryer and it has the same problem as the other two. It shuts off after a few minutes on all of the "auto" dry cycles.
