Does not have a good filter system and debris collects on top of the filter, behind the filter and escape into the the exhaust hose. The filter is awkward, bulky, and difficult to clean into an average size waste bin. The finer dust particles collect on the plastic parts of the housing. The dryer does not allow for the addition of more or less time on most cycles even though the buttons are shown as an option. While the dial has a bar of light that points to each cycle, the label for each cycle does not have a back light, therefore, the room light must be on in order to set a cycle. This is an energy waste when one is only in the room for a few moments. The control panel is too sensitive and young children or tall hounds with curious noses can cause the machine to come on or go off with even a light touch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're happy to assist you with the lint filter on your dryer. To clean the lint filter please follow the steps listed on page 13 of the manual at this link: https://products-salsify.geappliances.com/image/upload/s--YfR8cHKq--/ynktmodsmsbggu2d2dwu.pdf?_ga=2.70184720.180841543.1710772419-1676878804.1700237661
We recommend using a lint roller before washing your clothes to help cut down on excess lint/pet hair.
To prevent any selections from being made on the control panel, we recommend locking the controls after a cycle has started. You can follow the instructions on page 10 of the manual linked above.
