Door issue

I would have given it a 5 but the door disconnects, will need to call service after only having it 2 days.

Stay away, motor stopped working within 5 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Motor stopped working within 5 months, still under warranty, took almost 2 months to get new motor put in; but the replacement motor stopped working well and made loud noises so had to call for repair again.

LOVE IT !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in LOVE with my smart washer and dryer combo! The washer and dryer are both quiet “which I cannot believe”, they’re both very spacious so I’m able to clean less laundry loads. It also has a lot of different load type options and even a Self Clean Load option. The cycles are very quick and some are longer depending on what your washing. Most importantly, it’s great on energy! You could even track its energy levels on their app.

More tumbling wanted

A couple of shortcomings, however: the "finished" buzzer is much too quiet, even set at its highest level; i wish the tumbler on the drier would continue to tumble on no heat for 2 or 4 cycles when finished so we would have ample time to get to the dryer to hang up clothes before the clothes wrinkle
