So far- nothing good

Installed and tried to use it and nothing! The display works, I can change cycles, enter time and everything, but the start/pause switch and stop switches do nothing at all. I still can not dry clothes. And there is no phone number to call about a question, only to schedule service.

We recommend checking to see if the washer could possibly be in the Demo mode.
~ Turn unit off so the screen is blank
~ Unplug unit for 10 seconds
~ Plug-in unit
Within 30 seconds press the Start/Pause button 4 times within 3 seconds with the door open and see if that helps!
If you still have issues, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty by having a GE Appliance technician properly diagnose and repair your appliance. You can schedule an appointment by calling 1-800-432-2737 or schedule on-line at http://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm. New dryer/Defective parts

We were VERY disappointed when this BRAND NEW DRYER was delivered with defective rollers. Took them a month to be ordered/installed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Product Quality at it's finest!!! Nice features, love the LED lighting inside. 40 minutes for 8 towels and wash rags to dry!!! Very quite. Highly recommend

Great Washer

We are a retired couple so don't have tons of washer but do have bulky coats, blankets, hunting clothes, etc. It does a really nice job and really quiet too. We stacked them with the washer on the bottom and they are very stable.

I love the fact that it senses when clothes are dry. That alone will help pay for it. Good looking dryer and drys really fast. Big enough for our king size quilts
