Poor performance

Purchased new in Feb 2025. We now have to run dryer for at least 120 min for average size load to dry.

We encourage you to check the venting on the back of your dryer for any obstruction or restriction that may have an effect on the drying performance. Be sure and check the vent cap on the outside of your home as well. If the issue continues, we recommend calling our GE Appliances service team - Bodewell at 1-833-426-3393 to have your dryer evaluated and repaired as needed.

The dryer has a sharp metal piece protruding and makes cuts on several of our garments.

No cold water

I’ve had this washer since August. I’ve had a repairman come multiple times and it still will not let cold water in horrible product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
