Saves energy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it. It doesn’t take as long to dry clothes as my old dryer saving energy. The only bad thing is they had to replace the electronic display. It only showed part of the numbers when installed.

Dryer vent is too bulky and concerned about it breaking. I like the timer feature but wish I could add my own time on it especially when it is almost done

Not too excited about this product

Does not dry a full load completely, requires a second cycle to dry damp clothes. Lint trap is poorly designed. If not removed before clothes, lint will be brushed into clothes.

We'd like to assist with your laundry still being damp after two completed cycles and the lint transferring to your clothes. On your dryer, the cycle you select will default to the Eco Dry option. Eco Dry is designed to reduce the total energy consumption of your selected sensor cycle, which means your clothes, towels, etc. may still be slightly damp when the cycle is finished. You can unselect Eco Dry and select a different dryness level, like Dry or More Dry. Mixing "lint producing" fabrics with "lint collecting" fabrics allows lint to transfer to other garments instead of being trapped in the lint filter. This is one of the most frequently found causes of linting. We recommend separating lint producers such as flannel, cotton knits, and terry towels from lint collectors such as fuzzy, brushed fabrics or synthetic blends like corduroy, acrylic blankets or children's sleepwear. More tumbling wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The washer and dryer work.very well and we have enjoyed them. A couple of shortcomings, however: the "finished" buzzer is much too quiet, even set at its highest level; i wish the tumbler on the drier would continue to tumble on no heat for 2 or 4 cycles when finished so we would have ample time to get to the dryer to hang up clothes before the clothes wrinkle

LOVE IT !!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in LOVE with my smart washer and dryer combo! The washer and dryer are both quiet “which I cannot believe”, they’re both very spacious so I’m able to clean less laundry loads. It also has a lot of different load type options and even a Self Clean Load option. The cycles are very quick and some are longer depending on what your washing. Most importantly, it’s great on energy! You could even track its energy levels on their app.

Stay away, motor stopped working within 5 months

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Motor stopped working within 5 months, still under warranty, took almost 2 months to get new motor put in; but the replacement motor stopped working well and made loud noises so had to call for repair again.
