Broke in two years

We loved this dryer until the felt gasket broke after only 2.5 years of use, requiring an expensive replacement of the drum or the purchase of a new dryer. Something like his expensive and nice should last much longer. Pick something more reliable for the money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our son purchased one and with a new baby, he was thrilled with its efficiency since babies are messy. We purchased one as the oldies were getting less & less reliable. Glad to have a new washer & dryer. It was time.
