Cheap quality

The on/power bottom never worked on this dryer and the quality of the dishwasher is terrible, all plastic on the inside and dishes specially silverware has been ruined.
Very poor quality.
Very dissapointed over all.GE was always a good brand.

Worse dryer ever

This is the most expensive dryer I have owned and it is by far the worse. Only has one year warranty. A wire burned on the heating element after 18 months. It ties clothing into knots and rolls sheets or towels into balls so they do not dry so need to be put through another cycle after you untangle them and sometimes need another cycle to completely dry.

Excellent dryer—it dries much aster. I like the unwrinkle cycle. It works nicely. My towels dry twice as fast as they did in my previous dryer.

Smart dryer

I have been using this dryer for almost 1.5 yrs. Its a great product and clothes come out fresh. The dampness sensing is great. The mobile app doesn’t allow you to control everything but provides you useful information.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great options to chose how to dry.

Old dryer was a Maytag. Lasted 16 years. Decided to try GE this time. Only had it a few weeks. But so far it's great. Love all the different options for drying. And it does a great job. Hoping this one will last 16 years also.

I have had the unit in house for less than 24 hours. After reading the instruction manual from cover to cover, I put a load in and selected a permanent press setting. I loved the digital feedback which is easy to follow. I just wish the instruction manual was more specific to my unit as some of the setting descriptions did not exactly match up to my unit. The visual representation of the panel could be larger, so as to make certain you are looking at the correct image.

Really works well! Never had a front-loader before, but as a wheelchair-bound person, it really helps me out! Clothes come out fresh and perfectly dry.
