Not what I was expecting

They do ok, what they are supposed, but the washer is super loud. On spin cycle it makes a really loud noise at first, like a grinding noise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Huge capacity

Dryer has a huge capacity and works great. Super quiet! Had an Issue with the first one, it thumped while on even without clothes, but the retailer made it right and I received a replacement. Great dryer and I hope it lasts 16 years as my previous one did.
