We purchased a new GE dryer to replace our old dryer that died on us. The decision to go with the GE dryer was primarily based on their vented door design for the matching front-load washer. However, this new dryer has worked flawlessly, and better than our old unit ever did.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We have used GE appliances for many years, so when our dryer finally went out, we had no doubt that we would purchase a new washer and dryer. Both my husband and I are seniors and we know these should last us as long time.

A very good product. Clothes dry fast! Like the oversize lint filter and the fact it's right inside the door makes it convenient to clean it out.

Takes FOREVER to dry a load of clothes and I have never experienced a WORSE designed lint trap screen, so many books and crannies you'll never get it cleared for the next load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Big Size Dryer

I like this dryer compared it to my LG that I had before and my LG had a sensor that would sense the clothes being dry and then turn off. This dyer does not do this. However this dryer has other features that my LG did not. So you have to use the time feature on this dryer because it will over dry your clothes. It has a great lint catcher. It is a great size for comforters, etc.
