Horrible Grinding Noise

I've owned this dryer in Saphire Blue but had to give my set to my daughter when we moved. I bought the slightly smaller versions because of the 32" depth and its' being sent back because it sounds like a freight train and has this horrible grinding noise. I can't believe I waited 2 months for this awful dryer. QC is GONE at GE!!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the new venting feature. I had a lot of trouble with mold and mildew my last front load washer but loved the way it performed over the top load. This feature is a game changer.

Used it for the first time today. First time using a front load washer. I was concerned about how little water it used, but the clothes came out smelling fresh and clean. The spin cycle practically dries the clothes itself. My only concern , other then the electronics (I prefer low tech mechanical dials) is how long it will last.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The dryer works even better than I imagined! It is very speedy--It takes no time to dry the clothes even on the lowest heat setting. It may look intimidating, but it is very user friendly! Very impressed with my purchase and feel that I got an excellent "bang for my buck"
