Nice dryer, but a little loud

I purchased dryer through a store in order to match the GE dryer purchased about 6 months earlier. Unfortunately they did not have this dryer on the floor because of low inventory due to Covid, so I was unable to 'test' it before the purchase. So far, the noise level is the only negative thing about the dryer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Only had this dryer a couple of weeks and we love it so far! Our last dryer lasted 14 years if this one last that long then I'd give it 5 stars lol

Dry Your Clothes Smooth, Not Hot!

GE has lost a sizable portion of the Washer/Dryer market... not anymore! GE has gone "all-out" to produce and build a larger Dryer with high-end features for the same price of the "low-end" models from today's competitors! Strong, Quality-Built and QUIET, my GE Dryer is remarkable! Every time I remove clothes from the dryer, they're smoother and cooler in almost HALF the time than our previous dryer! Less drying time and less electricity being used = saving money! The Dryer stands almost 2" taller than most other makes - remember that when purchasing (measure twice then, install once). ONE NEGATIVE - the End-Of-Cycle sound is NOT loud at all, GE are you listening?? How about an UPGRADE for that alert-chime?!!

I think the new GE Washer/Dryer combo is the greatest thing to happen to me. The appearance, the features, the completion of the laundry is amazing!! I wanted to find more clothes to wash; the process is so easy; and I was notified on my phone of every change in the machines.

Although it’s new, it is awesome. So quiet, and so many features. The wifi is great; tells me when my laundry is almost done and done. Time will tell, but love it so far!
