Great until it wasn’t

It was great the first week and then it suddenly stopped running week 2. It would make a clicking noise every 10 sec. When it was off, when you turn it on and tried to start it, it would click and turn off. Not happy that I have to have it serviced since it’s brand new but GE was easy to talk to and are sending someone to work on it next week. 3 stars because it has been a great washer and dryer while it worked and the app is very convenient

Stylish, quiet and great features

We replaced an older and underperforming other brand and immediately were impressed by the GE design, quality and functionality. The early results for both the dryer and washer are very good. The set offered the best mix of features, quality, and price for the best value.
