Hello there, we couldn't be more sorry to hear that your washer's motor went out after just four weeks. We can only imagine how disappointing this was considering we'd never expect this for our consumers.
We see you're waiting on parts, so we anticipate you having a working washer very soon
We're wishing you the best and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

The washer was a decent price and after reading the manual and youtube, the washer is fairly reasonable to manage and understand, washer wobbles when washing kinda otherwise good!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Machine OK, tech support awful

Dryer seems to work fine. When I called tech support to connect bluetooth, the agent simply parroted back to me what I had told him, and I'm still not connected.

This is the first washer that has had technology to reduce mold. It's definitely helping the last front loader had moldy smelling clothes all the time
I would recommend this to a friend!

Please so far

Just got this two days ago so only going on first impressions so far. Everything seems ok except that the door feels a little flimsy (compared to the washer) and does align with the latch as well as I think it should.
I would recommend this to a friend!
