Lint trap issue

Some cool features like re-starting the dryer from your phone to prevent wrinkling. Other features are standard dryer features. The biggest issue we have is the lint trap. ALL of the lint gets caught in the outter housing of the lint trap and never actually makes it into the trap. This then stays in the dryer and gets all over the clothes. So the lint trap design is flawed and I’m not sure how to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We know that the fight against lint is a never-ending battle; it gets everywhere, and we know it can be frustrating when it’s still attached to your clothes after doing laundry. We recommend using a lint roller prior to washing your clothes to help cut down on excess lint and fabric softener is a great way to help lessen the static cling effect that causes it to stick to your clothing.

After Four Loads, Still Going Strong

Looks good, easy to operate, relatively quiet. What more can I say? They want me to do a survey for a product I haven't really had a chance to put to the test of time. Good way to get and sell my personal information so I can get even more "junk" emails. Opting out should be easy and clearly offered. Thanks, GE.

Exceeded my expectations. Recently replaced a Samsung set that took forever to finish a cycle, and at the end of each dry cycle it was hit or miss as to whether they'd have to go through again. With this, my clothes are done in a quarter of the time and are actually dry. Absolutely love this thing.
