Terrific dryer. However, I wish that the software worked. I am u able to upload the update, and or use the remote function.

We replaced our older Samsung dryer for this GE and are very pleased with the purchase. The dryer works very well and spends considerably less time to dry a full load than other units we've had. The online app that pings us when the cycle is completing is also a nice feature. It helps us keep up to date on completing our task in much less time than the past. We would highly recommend this.

Awesome Machine!

We switched from a Top Load Maytag that we had for about 5 years. We were constantly having to use the deep fill option because our clothes just wouldn’t get clean. They always carried an odor.
We’ve had the GE going on 2 months now and I am extremely happy with the change. I was always leery about front loaders because of the mold issues, but the features on this prevent it. My sisters Samsung front loader will stay wet on the inside unless the door is left open. You can close the door right after finishing a load of laundry and the GE will vent all of that moisture out.

The product works very well.
If I could have one item improved it would be to have a loud buzzer when the cycle is complete. The end of cycle indication is very quiet.

It’s huge on the inside and it dries well. My favorite thing is that it alerts me on the phone it’s done.
