Had a power outage 2 days ago. Called the person we bought from for help. Talked to a service rep and called back and gave us information on how to reset the dryer

Wanted a large capacity stackable washer and dryer for a newly created laundry area. I didn't want (or need) all the bells and whistles of the high end models but wanted a large capacity. This was just right!

Both products were so easy to use, both or so quiet!! The new air thingy that keeps your clothes smelling fresh even if their left in the washer over night

I purchased two of these items for my duplex. For the money, you expect a solid performance. However, it is noisy and lacks the bells and whistles of other competitors.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
