I’ve had this dryer now about a month. The only thing I’d change would be the design of the lint tray. Other than that I love the machine. Every load I’ve dried seems to dry faster than my previous dryer did.

Overall it is a great dryer

The reason I rated 4 is the lint trap. It is hard to open (to remove the lint) and it's really flimsy. It is made of plastic (even the "hinge" part), seems that after a while the "hinge" area will break.

I love that my clothes are nice and ready for folding, no ironing needed. Use the correct settings and you will enjoy doing loads of laundry.

Broke in less than 2months

Dryer is slow to dry on every cycle. Makes to much noise. Clothes always wrinkled. Vent is hard to clean.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, and thanks for taking the time to tell us about your experience with your dryer. We truly hate to hear you've had an issue with the dryer taking too long and the clothes being wrinkled. We know how concerning this must be.
For an issue with the dryer being slow to dry, you may want to check that there are no obstructions in the ducting and it is installed properly. You can try checking the fuses and circuit breaker to ensure enough power is reaching the unit to adequately dry as well. Clothes being wrinkled can be a result of overdrying – if you are able to resolve your issue with the long cycle time, the wrinkling problem may be taken care of. You can also try using the Wrinkle Care option, or separate into smaller loads.
Further troubleshooting is available in the manual, starting on page 38. If you are not able to resolve these issues, our service department can also be contacted at 1-800-432-2737.
We also regret that you have a concern with the noise level and vent. Your feedback regarding the noise, as well as the vent being difficult to clean, will be sent to our Laundry Products Design team. You providing your insights is appreciated, as we always want to know of any potential areas of concern. We hope you are able to get these concerns taken care of, so you can enjoy your new dryer without further issue. -Sarah@GEA

I love the various settings and options for timed dry, bulky, delicate, heat settings, etc. Perfect for drying everything i need but keeps the settings so easy to use.
