This dryer is fast. Clothes are dried in a half hour versus hours with my old dryer. or the clothesline.

Very efficient large capacity dryer

Happy to replace my old dryer which never fully dried heavy objects with this new one. Lots more filtering of lint and all the clothing is dry!

Ok dryer but….

We purchased both the washer and dryer due to good reviews and the fact that we gave been happy with GE products in the past. We are disappointed with the sensor drying features. We feel like we can only get our load dry if we put the settings on time dry for 90 minutes. Although it’s typically dry in about 70 minutes. Feel like its a waste to have all those features and for them not to really work right. We do like using the GE app to track time left on the load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you find though that after troubleshooting your dryer is not functioning properly, then we recommend contacting our service technicians to look at the unit as they are familiar with the appliance, and we are confident they will be able to help get it working properly as it should.
