Ok dryer but….

We purchased both the washer and dryer due to good reviews and the fact that we gave been happy with GE products in the past. We are disappointed with the sensor drying features. We feel like we can only get our load dry if we put the settings on time dry for 90 minutes. Although it’s typically dry in about 70 minutes. Feel like its a waste to have all those features and for them not to really work right. We do like using the GE app to track time left on the load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If you find though that after troubleshooting your dryer is not functioning properly, then we recommend contacting our service technicians to look at the unit as they are familiar with the appliance, and we are confident they will be able to help get it working properly as it should. This is a must buy for those who don't have one. Great features, wifi that lets me know what is going on. Dryer sheet chamber that ejects as many as you program it to release. Extra cycles that can be turned on via phone. Like I said, a must buy.

I love my new dryer - but there's a learning curve for all the settings. It will take time but I will get it. I wish it had an audible signal to let you know the cycle is complete - maybe it does I just haven't found it yet. My main complaint is that the filter seems flimsy & is somewhat tedious to clean. But that's probably a third world problem for me.
