Rather than post a lengthy complaint, I'll simply leave this here. You can decide if you'd be bothered by these things or not. 1) The lint filter is very poor. It doesn't allow lint to pass through the top as it should and on every single load of clothes I find big gobs of lint on the clothing and a wad stuck on top of the filter. Particularly problematical when doing blacks, like hubbys socks and underwear. Its a darn mess. Yes, of course, I clean it every time and yes, my dryer vent has been cleaned. 2) The Wrinkle Care option does not run nearly long enough. The purpose of this is to toss clothes to prevent wrinkling until you can get back to them. The time allotted is not nearly enough and should be increased to at least an hour, even better two hours. 3) The chimes are so soft, you cant hear them if you're ten feet away. There is no volume adjustment.

Greetings,
We're truly sorry to hear about the excessive lint and your other concerns with your dryer and understand how annoying it can be to deal with. We do have a troubleshooting article on dealing with excessive lint.
I really didn't want to pay the extra amount for steam choices. This model had a lot more options than I thought it would. Very pleasantly surprised. I really like how large the drum is It has a great sensor for stopping when the clothes are dry.
I love my new dryer. The drum is huge and can easily accommodate large loads. Drying time has been dramatically shortened based on the dryer I replaced. Love having a light inside the drum!
The high heat cycle doesn’t heat much at all. Medium heat takes 4 cycles to dry clothes regardless how few items are loaded.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
