GE Washer & Dryer

I am very satisfied with this purchase. This is my first front load washer. It is much easier to reach the clothes rather than having to stand on my toes. I also like the vented feature on the washer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This dryer handles large bulky items really well, and dries them in a shorter time than my my old dryer. Also love the wrinkle care option for clothes.

Are these clothes even dry??

Overall, the dryer is ok. I don't feel like it actually does a good job of drying my clothes. I take the stuff out, start folding it, still damp. Put everything back in. In 3 minutes, the dry cycle is over but the clothes still aren't dry. Great on towels though!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Response from geappliances.comBy Pablo@GEA, GE Appliances, September 7, 2022
Hello there - we're very happy to know that you're satisfied with the overall performance of the dryer. We're equally sorry, however, to know that this isn't the case with how dry the clothes come out after a cycle.
We recommend drying larger loads at a time, as the dryer can sense a small load and it will run for a shorter amount of time due to this. Please refer to page 38-40 of the owner's manual to learn other tips that could help improve the drying performance. You can find a copy of the manual here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-3000206-5.pdf
Please know you can also reach out to us on social media if there are other questions or concerns we can assist you with.
Have a great one.
