Looks can be deceiving

They are made to look great now a days but I opened mine up day after motor doesn’t work! Had someone come in and they said the motor is to weak and needs replacing and some other parts! It’s brand new! Shouldn't have to have things replaced day after it is purchased! Quality of the way they are built is horrible and it’s a shame….
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far it’s great. Big step up from the Samsung that we had. The app works really well nice feature since our laundry is in the the garage no more guessing if the laundry is ready yet
