Broken out of box

Product is broken out of box and will not spin. The air gap, plumbing, and hole were double checked, and everything is fine. The product is level, but it just won’t work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My dream washer!

I'm excited that I finally purchased my 1st front load washer. I no longer have to go to the laundromat to feel like I can effectively was comforters. I love all of the settings Everything comes out smelling so good!

I rep[laced a failed appliance with this model and decided that the featyures are exactly what I was looking for. I still have no idea why I need wifi on my washer and dryer, but Hey, why not? Anyway, the appliances arrived, were installed and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase.
