I love this washer! My clothes are cleaner and using the washer is easy. I had a top load washer from a different company and it was not as effective. I am so happy!

Just had my washer delivered and started my first load. Love that I can fit an actual large load of sheets and/or towels all at once, and they're all getting cleaned. The wash cycle is super quiet. Right now, though, I can hear the rinse/spin and the top of the washer is vibrating fairly loudly. Hoping to fix that somehow. I do like that there are more than 3 settings for clothes and heavier items as well as water temps

Design Flaw

Power On/Start buttons are not lit while on like the matching washer, or models made a few years ago. Brand new dryer looks like it’s broken already.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
