Good quality, easy to find parts/service but metal fins below filter on insider grabs sometimes. Couldn't get wi-fi to connect

Great machine, cant get smart features to connec.

We love the quality of the machine but after numerous tries with both iPhone and Android, we still can't get it to connect. The help site isn't very helpful and when you send and inquiry, they wait five days and send you a phone number. Still trying after a month...
I would recommend this to a friend!
