After only 2 uses the dryer broke. Waited 11 days for repairman only to be told he needed to order a new motor (REALLY??? after 2 uses?). Now waiting another week for the parts.

H2O Supply code right out of box.

Took a lot of effort to get this washer and dryer picked up, doors reversed, and installed just to get an error code on our first wash. Water supply is good and we didn't have this issue with the old set. Working through this issue now and will change rating after if it goes well.

Draw String Killer

I hate this dryer. There is metal piece in the front that draw strings from shorts and hoodies get wrapped around. In the several months I have had this thing it has destroyed three shorts and two hoodies. It’s not like it just gets tangled around the metal piece. The draw string gets ripped from the clothing and sometimes frayed. Other thing I dislike about it is no matter the setting I choose, I still get wrinkled clothes no matter how quick I remove the clothes and hang them.

As clothes tumble, they make contact with several components around the door; however, clothes (and fabric softener sheets) should not get caught on the lint filter, sensor rods, or under the edge of the drum. If this is occurring, you may see tears, holes, or snags in the items being dried, or you may see black marks on cuffs, collars, etc. If you are experiencing these symptoms, we recommend service. Product is broken out of box and will not spin. The air gap, plumbing, and hole were double checked, and everything is fine. The product is level, but it just won’t work

Worked great until it broke after warranty expired

Dryer worked great until just after the one year warranty expired. Noticed a loud thud when running and found a huge crack in the drum after removing clothes. Whole dryer is essentially broken and no recourse since the warranty just expired...
