This Dryer is the BEST

I love this dryer. We have it hooked up into my phone app and it lets me know when the drying is done and everything. I almost expect it to walk my dog now. :0)
All kidding aside, this dryer is a great pair up with the washer that comes with it. Looks great and does a great job!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It takes 2 hours to dry one set of cotton sheets

Just purchased this GE dryer, and it takes two hours to dry one set of cotton sheets. We checked the vent and it is clean and clear. Any cycle takes too long to dry any load. Definitely not efficient. The Smart HQ app is also very limited. You should be able to restart the dryer or change cycles from the app, especially when it tells you that the load is still damp
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great features and easy to use!

We love this dryer. We have had one heavy blanket that needed one more cycle to dry, but 99.9% of the time, everything - including heavy bedding, comes out dry on the first load. It is quiet compared to our previous dryer. Obviously, if you are drying an object that isn't clothes you will hear it more, but it is not a loud dryer. I initially didn't think that it was going to fit in our laundry room because it is 32" inches deep. I decided to bottom vent the dryer so that it would fit. This was challenging because I had to find a video online explaining the kit that allows for the bottom vent, and then I had to DIY a connection since the kit was not available. It was much cheaper to DIY the elbow and vent at the big box store than to purchase the kit. However, I am glad that we decided to get this dryer because the washer gets our clothes very clean and the dryer gets our clothes very dry. It is hard to find a good combo where both perform well - but this is an awesome combo.

This is by far the best dryer I’ve owned. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is the lint screen needs redesigned. It’s not very user friendly.

100% happy with this dryer! Has everything I need and more. Dried a boatload of towels - on the towel setting - in 45 minutes!
