First off, you can’t use a dryer sheet because it will instantly get stuck and wedged in the door/lint trap. And the drying time is NEVER enough. I hate that I can’t add time to most cycles. I end up always doing two rounds of drying even when the dryer is only half full or less. Lastly. The lint trap sucks. Most the time when I open the door, there are clumps sitting on top I have to take off. Then just cleaning and opening the lint trap is super annoying compared to the old styles of just lifting and wiping. With the opening trap I usually have to set it down to wipe it all out and then when I do that it leaves lint dust all over the surface I put it on so then I have to wipe down the surface. This new tries too hard and misses the mark.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello,
We're sorry to hear that you are less impressed with the dryer. We are happy you provide the information.
As clothes tumble, they make contact with several components around the door; however, clothes (and fabric softener sheets) should not get caught on the lint filter, sensor rods, or under the edge of the drum. If this is occurring, you may see tears, holes, or snags in the items being dried.
