Terrible buy!

Not even a month old, we have had the tech come out once and the duct cleaning company once as the CHECK VENT keeps lighting up. And it does not dry well! Very bad quality especially for that kind of money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Plan to replace in no time

Less than two weeks over a year since purchased and started to make a noise. Repair person states the DRUM IS WARPED! Using this for one year for typical household use should NOT cause this! Outraged at this poor product quality!

Exceptional dryer for the money

When you get a new dryer after 18 years, this one is definitely a treat to operate. I love the Wi-Fi app feature that alerts you when the dryer is almost complete. This dryer also drys my clothes a lot faster than my older one of course, but with all the simplistic features, it makes for easy operation for anyone to include myself. So far no problems or issues since it’s installation. The price was right and dryer is as good of quality as my past 18 year old dryer.
