Great until it wasn’t

It was great the first week and then it suddenly stopped running week 2. It would make a clicking noise every 10 sec. When it was off, when you turn it on and tried to start it, it would click and turn off. Not happy that I have to have it serviced since it’s brand new but GE was easy to talk to and are sending someone to work on it next week. 3 stars because it has been a great washer and dryer while it worked and the app is very convenient

The washer could be better the softener doesn’t drain properly also by just touching the panel you can check the settings by mistake

I don’t even have a year with this dryer and is not drying anymore. Every time since we got this dryer stopped and clothes were still wet. I had to change cycles many times to get my clothes dry.

The product is defective

It's defective and we return it. The issue was to having water leaking. This was my first GE product but am disappointed and will never buy any GE.
