Drum broke in 4 months...

The drum cracked after 4 months and it took weeks to get an appointment for someone to even look at it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer for a year and a half. Was doing pretty good until the rear of the drum started breaking apart. Outside the year warranty for the manufacturer so they wouldn't cover it. Never seen this happen on a dryer before. Our loads of clothes didn't change in size compared to the previous dryer we had so can only think it was bad manufacturing or poor materials.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overheats clothes on any setting, lint collector doesn't collect much of it, hard to load/unload, slow, wifi why?

We would recommend checking over the proper cycles for different fabrics, as this may reduce the overheating problem you described. Loud. And broken within a year.

Purchased this brand new for our new home. Has now been broken for 3 weeks. Trying to find a tech to repair it has been hard and expensive. Control board just stopped working on one side.
