vibration noise when stacked with washer
on August 12, 2023

Dries clothes very well but the top panel vibrates with a load sound when the washer underneath does a high speed spin. Had to insert pieces of a pool noodle between the top and back panels to quiet it down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Response from geappliances.comBy Adrian@GEA, GE_Appliances, August 15, 2023
Hi there! Thank you for leaving us a review. We are elated to hear that your dryer is operating as designed and drying your clothes very well. However, we apologize about the noise exuded from the washer during its high spin cycle. This is normal operation, and we are glad you found a solution to lower the noise level during this portion of the wash cycle. We are honored to have you as a part of the GE Appliances family, and we hope you enjoy your beautiful new washer and dryer for many years to come. Happy cleaning! - Adrian@GEA

Love GE!

So far, so good. Installed today and ran a load of clothes through the dryer. Dried very nicely. Like the double screen on the lint catcher. In the past 2 years, I have bought these GE products for both our home and a rental property: 2 washers, 2 dryers, and a kitchen range. I expect to get good long service from all!
