I can’t believe what a great dryer I got for the money. It’s amazing! It dries real fast and it has a hot setting that I’ve never had before. I love it. I have a girl that takes care of my disabled mother and it tells me when it’s done!! Wow
I would recommend this to a friend!

Extra time

I don't know what to do with all the extra time I have. We used to have piles of clothes laying around waiting to get dried after going throught the washer. With this new GE dryer it's a quick one cycle and done even on the heaviest bedspread. Thanks GE!

Initial setup is still an issue.
- Cannot connect to wifi to run the app. There is a difference the Network as listed on the door and the one shown in the phone thus the dryer will not connect to the app.
- Drying cycles seem to take 20 minutes more than my 20 year old dryer.
- There is no way to keep tons of dust off the front door. We have wiped it with a microfiber cloth, sprayed it with anti-static spray...nothing helps. Disappointing.

For assistance with connecting your dryer to the Smart Home app please contact the GE Appliances Connected Home Support Line at 1-800-220-6899, Monday -Friday 9am - 11pm ET, Saturday - Sunday 9am - 3pm ET.
With regard to the drying times and the dust on the door, we would recommend checking your vent hose on the back of the dryer and your vent cap on the outside of your home. If either of these are obstructed, it could result in longer drying times and could be putting small particles of lint back into the room. If the issue persists, we would recommend service. Please call 1-800-432-2737 M-F 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm EST to schedule a service appointment.
