Great features, plenty of room for large loads

Love this dryer. So far we've been using it for about a month as of this review. The SmartHQ phone application could be a little more functional and have more features, such as remotely starting the dryer (not just extending cycle) and setting modes, but it doesn't affect our review rating.

I really like this washer and dryer set. Handles large loads well, senses the load weight & adjusts the drying time accordingly. It sends updates to my phone app so I don’t have to keep checking to see if the dryer is finished.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Registration Frustration

I have already reviewed this dryer favorably in an earlier post. However, there is one aspect of this dryer that I have found very confusing and frustrating. When I registered the dryer, I followed the instructions and used the information on the sticker on the inner door. The model number was accepted by the online registration portal, but the serial number was not. Finally, I looked at the mail in registration card included in the packaging and found a different model and serial number listed, which I used and they worked. Hopefully, this is the correct set of numbers, but why would the door sticker be incorrect?! Definitely does not speak to quality control in this one aspect.

So Far So Good

I have only used the dryer a few times so far, but the experience has been great. The control panel is very easy to use and understand and the jaunty tune it plays upon starting and finishing always puts a smile on my face. Choosing the correct setting for the type of material in the dryer is important, however. The cotton setting works very well, but may not be the most economical.
