Horrible.

This dryer takes at least 2, sometimes 3, full cycles to dry clothes. It will also stop mid-dry cycle with wet clothes still in the tub. Very frustrating when it takes up to 3 hours to dry your clothes. It also produces large amounts of lint that get on the clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Epoin - Congratulations on the new dryer! This new model is something we are very proud of and hate to hear it is not living up to its name. For drying issues, we recommend making sure the load is not too small or too large. A large load will take much longer to dry and a small load may not be enough to let the dryer know there are wet clothes in the unit.
To help with both drying performance and the lint issue, make sure the lint trap is cleaned before every load and your exhaust ducting is not kinked or full of debris.

This absolutely the best dryer I’ve ever bought. I love the versatility and easy operation choices. I like that I can change the drying temperature and time to fit WHAT is being dryed
