Mild Dampness After Load Stops

We chose GE since we believed it to be a quality brand. As a brand new dryer, somewhat surprised that clothes come out mildly damp after completing a 'normal' cycle. (Yes, we do clean filter after each load.) Otherwise all functions seem to be working
