Great Feature Rich washer and dryer set

We looked at many different models of Washers and Dryers. We choose GE Appliances because of the features of the product (including the Smart HQ). A big plus also included the online and phone support available to answer our questions. Very professional organization that will take the time to get the correct answers.

Larger loads can be washed. Not able to lower temp

The first dryer that was delivered did not heat at all. Almost a week later a dryer that heated and works was delivered and is satisfactory so far. We have not been able to set up the connections with washer or dryer to the computer. We have not tried with the new dryer that works.

Outstanding, we love them. My wife Iris is a stay at home painter and always gets paint on her clothes. Our new washing machine gets the paint right out.
