Love this dryer. It is large so does the king quilt with ease. Have dogs so lots of drying and it is great. It is quiet. Lots of program options. best dryer we have ever had.

Lots of dryer settings for all fabrics. The timer chime is a great improvement from the buzzer in our previous dryer. Very happy with this dryer and a good value.

If you haven't already, please take advantage of your warranty and reach out to GE Consumer Service at 1-800-432-2737 to schedule an appointment. In the meantime, please review the following troubleshooting link:

Even if your breaker looks fine, go ahead and turn it off for a couple of minutes and see if that helps. In regard to the model number being wrong. When the model is manufactured, these extra letters/numbers are placed on the appliance rating plate and product registration card. These letters/numbers are used to identify manufacturing specific data when the appliance is made. Should service or parts be needed, these are used as identifiers for the specific appliance.
