The freezer is totally packed with ice that will not defrost. Can't get a service appointment for 4 weeks. Avoid at all costs!!!!

Frost inside the freezer typically indicates that the door is not properly sealed or has been left open. If frost is found, you can clear the frost using a plastic spatula and towel, then check the ensure that no food packages or containers are preventing the freezer door from closing. To help reduce the potential for frost, please make sure there is proper clearance to the air supply and vents in the freezer to improve circulation.

Even on max, temperature isn't always cold enough(recommended safe). Might be good height for those 5' 4" and under, not good for taller people especially with bad backs. Lighting is poor

lotsa room for improvement

The top shelf **barely** allows my Zero Water pitcher in. I have to bend and fight that stupid control box to wiggle it in. That control unit should be on the back of the unit. That magnetic door isn't so magnetic either. And who designed the door so that a gallon of milk couldn't just be lifted out with nothing over it in the way over it?? NO, I would NOT recommend this refrigerator with its current design.
