it is an energy saver and runs too much. i would rather pay more for electricity and have it run less.

Gallon door bins equal shallw shelves

I do not buy anything in gallons, so it is awkward to find items to fit these huge door bins. In the freezer door items rattle around each time the door is opened. The shelves are shallow thanks to these deep door bins. .The temp in the freezer is 10 degrees and the fridge is 40 degrees. This is an "extra" fridge, but it just okay. The bottom shelf is really low and you have to duck in under the deep freezer door (thanks to gallon door bins) and reach way in to the shallow shelves. For the first time ever, I hope to do better than GE on my next fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replacement Refrigerator

I was very dissatisfied with the original fridge that I received in August of 2021. The top freezer section accumulated ice in the freezer and on the inside of the freezer door. GE was out to install new gaskets numerous times, but the freezer still accumulated stalactites and stalagmites!
