This unit has meet all of our expectations. It keeps cold really well and we are not on full power. This helps us keep everything fresh. Set up was also an easy process.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We actually scaled-down for a variety of reasons but have been very pleased with the square footage, color and accessibility of the unit.

Lots of space and reminds me of my Mom’s refrigerator where you can look inside and see where everything is.

Okay but Not Okay

This fridge came with the house we recently bought. It was working great for approx 2 weeks then the ice maker started to slow down making ice only 4-8 times the whole day rather than every 7-10 mins. I scheduled a service tomorrow so we'll see how that goes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi - We are so sorry you are having an issue with the icemaker in your refrigerator. Your unit should produce 7 cubes every 80-90 minutes or so. This equals out to approximately 100 cubes a day. We do see you had a service appointment scheduled to have your icemaker checked. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We have every confidence the authorized servicer will be able to remedy the situation for you. Please reach out to us again if you have any questions. Kind Regards - Vikki@GEA

GE take came out and told me to buy a thermometer to test my drinks to see if they are reaching the right temperature. I thought that was their job. 2 gallons of milk have expired b4 expiration date.

Hi - We really hate to hear about the difficulty you are having with your refrigerator. We can certainly understand your frustration and concern particularly with food spoilage. If the temperature inside is an issue, it would most likely cause quality problems with other food items like deli meats, fresh meat, etc. We would encourage you to take a candy thermometer and place it in a glass of water and leave it for 24 hours.
First thing in the morning read the temperature right through the glass if possible. The refrigerator compartment should run between 34-42 degrees F. If the temperature is within that range but not as cold as you would prefer turn the thermostat control to a higher setting. If you find the temperature is running warmer than 42 degrees, you will need to have service come back out. If that's necessary you can provide the service technician with a little more detail as to the temperatures you have observed. Please call 1-800-432-2737 M-F 7am-10pm, Sat 8am-6pm, Sun 8am-6pm EST to schedule an appointment as needed. We hope this helps. Vikki@GEA

This refrigerator is awful

This refrigerator has not worked since day 1. I contacted customer support to complain about the refrigerator. I was told on October 4 that I have been approved for a brand new refrigerator. That was 2 weeks ago, and still nothing. My food is either spoiling or freezing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
